Our illustrator Ken first read the Saint Seiya manga series by Masami Kurumada when it came out in the mid 80s. On our last trip to Japan we enjoyed seeing all the amazing Seiya figures Bandai has released lately so we felt inspired to re-watch the anime series and to dedicate a T-shirt design to this great manga. 

Our hand screen printed original art Tee brings together the five mystical Saints: 
Pegasus Seiya · Dragon Shiryu · Cygnus Hyoga · Andromeda Shun · Phoenix Ikki they have gathered around Athena and are ready to defend her and Earth against all the badass gods out there :) 

Our illustrator designed and drew the artwork for this print. 
He developed a unique style inspired by 1950s manga and Japanese block prints. 
 
The 2-layer screen print is hand printed in London with high quality, durable and vibrant inks. 
First layer:  gradient from vintage lilac to sparkly gold to mint green
Second layer: white
The colour sceme for our Tee was inspired by the vibrant colours of the original 1980s manga covers and the Gold Saints.  

Please note as they are hand printed each print is unique and the colouring of each gradient will vary slightly. 

Tee Material: 100% pre-shrunk ring-spun cotton, 180 g/m²

- Size M: 49cm / 66cm
